Bedknobs And Broomsticks With The Age Of Not Believing

I have never watched this show but this is one of the songs from the Walt Disney tracks i have and i simply love the lyrics. If you are a grown up, the inner child of you will sway with the lyrics.

I dont think i ever believe Santa was real for my family dont celebrate Christmas, but i believed in magic, immersed myself in fairy tales and still believe and strives for the classic happy ending “happily ever after”.I still day dream, at time, dream of the impossible.

I think i am still a child at heart, i refuse to believe that there is no real happy ending, i refuse to believe and accept the wrong things just because it is widely acceptable. (e.g cheating, sleeping around, violence, wars, lying)

i am still stubborn and i am glad. for i still believe 🙂
you should too

our faith can be shaken over and over again
but we must never stop believing
dont settle anything less for the wrong reasons
believe yourself

evil will always exist but it doesnt mean good cant win

Bedknobs And Broomsticks – The Age Of Not Believing

When you rush around in hopeless circles
Searching ev’rywhere for something true
You’re a t the age of not believing
When all the “make believe” is through

When you set aside your childhood heroes
And your dreams are lost up on a shelf
You’re a t the age of not believing
And worst of all you doubt yourself

You’re a castaway where no one hears you
On a barren isle in a lonely sea
Where did all the happy endings go?
Where can all the good times be?

You must face the age of not believing
Doubting ev’rything you ever knew
Until at last you start believing
There’s something wonderful…
Truly wonderful in yo
