Amazed by amazon! I am old school when it come to purchasing and i rarely buy stuff online but Amazon.com truly amazed me with their customer service quality.
Ordered N95 masks on Thursday but accidentally cancelled it last night. I was upset as due to the strong demand now, the prices went up too and i had to wait for a longer time by the time is one month later and at that point haze PSI had hit 400 in Singapore and it seems like orders in SG will be in anyway if i order again
I chat briefly (after googling as the website dont have much contact details) with one of the customer service whom told me they cant re-instate a cancelled order as the ordering is automated to the next in line.
I almost gave up and decided to just sent a feedback (not even a complain!).
Within a few chats and emails (all within hours!) I get to re-order (provided me with links) again which they are going to waive of all shipping cost and refund the price difference! In the end, i saved more than a hundred fifty bucks!
I almost wanted to buy another danbo to replace but i guess it wont be the same anymore.. I just hope whoever that get to pick nat danbo from the beautiful hua lien beach will appreciate him.
